Any designated agent of the Field Enforcement Bureau of the Comptroller of the Treasury, or any police officer as defined in the
Transportation Article, §11-147, Annotated Code of Maryland
, may examine and inspect a vehicle, its manifest, its carried product, and other information in order to determine compliance with
Business Regulation Article, Title 10, Subtitle 4, Annotated Code of Maryland
, and related regulations.
