KRS 131.430 — Administration and publicizing of program

The department shall promulgate administrative regulations as necessary, issue forms and
instructions, and take all actions necessary to implement the provisions of KRS 131.410
to 131.445. The department shall extensively publicize the tax amnesty program in order
to maximize the public awareness of and participation in the program.
