Iowa Code § 452A.50 — Short title

1 MOTOR FUEL, SPECIAL FUEL, AND ELECTRIC FUEL T A XES, §452A .50 452A .50 Short title. This subchapter and applicable provisions of subchapter V of this chapter and any amendments to either shall be known and may be cited as the “Interstate F uel Use T ax Law ”, and as so constituted is hereinafter referred to as this subchapter .
