Iowa Code § 422.12H — Income tax checkoff for fish and game protection fund

1. A person who files an individual or a joint income tax return with the department of revenue under section 422.13 may designate a contribution to the state fish and game protection fund authorized pursuant to section 456A .16 . 2.
