Iowa Code § 422.11V — Redevelopment tax credit

The taxes imposed under this subchapter , less the credits allowed under section 422.12 , shall be reduced by a redevelopment tax credit allowed under chapter 15, subchapter II, part 9 . 2008 Acts, ch 1173, §8
