Iowa Admin. Code r. 701—302.39(422) — Exemption of interest from bonds or notes issued to fund the 911 emergency telephone system

Interest received on or after May 4, 1990, from bonds or notes issued by the Iowa finance authority to fund the 911 emergency telephone system is exempt from the state income tax.
