HAR § 18-235-12.5-06 — Application of sections 18-235-12

5-01 through 18-235-12.5-05. Sections 18-235- 12.5-01 through 18-235-12.5-05 shall apply to renewable energy technology systems that are installed and placed in service on or after January 1, 2013. To the extent that sections 18-235-12.5-01 through 18-235-12.5-05 conflict with guidance issued by the department prior to January 1, 2013, these sections shall prevail.
