Ga. Comp. R. & Regs. r. 560-8-6-.01 — Applicability of Rules - Administrative Hearings

(1) The Rules in this Chapter shall apply to and govern administrative hearings held by the Department pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 11 of Title 48 regarding tobacco, alternative nicotine, and vapor products. (2) All administrative hearings shall be conducted in conformity with the Department's rules and regulations as promulgated herein and consistent with the provisions of the Georgia Administrative Procedure Act.
