Ga. Comp. R. & Regs. r. 560-10-21-.13 — Affidavit Sale of Abandoned Vehicle

Form T-6 is a bill of sale form which is submitted with a title application when a purchaser or buyer applies for a certificate of title of an abandoned vehicle.
