Ga. Comp. R. & Regs. r. 560-10-2-.03 — Cost of Access to Motor Vehicle Records

(1) The cost of access to motor vehicle records shall be determined by the Department. (2) Remittance of the amount due to the Department for access to motor vehicle records shall be paid no later than 30 days from the date of the invoice. Failure to pay the total amount due shall be grounds for suspension or termination of access. Cite as Ga. Comp. R. & Regs.
