Ga. Comp. R. & Regs. r. 560-10-19-.02 — Application for License Plate and/or Renewal Decal for Trucks

Form No. MV-2A is an application for license plates and/or renewal decals for trucks. This form is used only by the Department of Revenue in preparing pre-bills which are mailed to various county tag agents, and used by owners to purchase new license plates for vehicles owned the previous year. Form No. MV-2A is identical to Form MV-2 with the exception that MV-2A does not contain information necessary for securing a certificate of title for the vehicle.
