Ga. Comp. R. & Regs. r. 560-10-10-.03 — Display and Location of Truck and Trailer License Plates
A motor vehicle license plate shall be attached to the vehicle to which it is assigned as follows: (a) All trucks and trailers shall, where practical, display the motor vehicle license plate assigned to it on the rear of the vehicle: Provided that trucks and trailers which routinely engage in activities wherein it is inevitable that a motor vehicle license plate attached to the rear thereof would be defaced, destroyed or lost, shall display the motor vehicle license plate assigned to it by attaching it to the front of the vehicle.
