§ 206.025, F.S. — Application by person whose license has been canceled; procedure

In the event that any application for a license to transact business in the state shall be filed by any person whose license at any time theretofore shall have been canceled for cause by the department, or in case the department is of the opinion that such application was not filed in good faith or that such application was filed by some person as a subterfuge for the real person in interest whose license or registration theretofore shall have been canceled for cause by said department, the department may refuse to issue to such person a license to transact business in the state.
