§ 205.1969, F.S. — Health studios; consumer protection

A county or municipality may not issue or renew a business tax receipt for the operation of a health studio pursuant to ss. 501.012-501.019, unless such business exhibits a current license, registration, or letter of exemption from the Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services.
