12D-1.011 Notification to Property Appraiser of Land Development Restriction.

# (1)

The applicable governmental body or agency shall notify the property appraiser in writing of any law, ordinance, regulation, or resolution it adopts imposing any limitation, regulation, or moratorium upon development or improvement of property as otherwise authorized by applicable law.

# (2)

The Governor shall notify the property appraiser in writing of any development limitation or restriction due to an executive order or proclamation.
