A.R.S. § 42-5032.1 — Distribution of revenues for tourism and sports authority

Distribution of revenues for tourism and sports authority A. Each month the state treasurer shall pay, from the amount designated as distribution base pursuant to section 42-5029, subsectirity's facility revenue clearing account established by section 5-834. B. The amount to be paid under subsection A of this section is the total amount of state transaction privilege tax revenues received from persons conducting business under: 1. The retail, amusement and restaurant classifications at, or with respect to events held at, a multipurpose facility that is owned or operated by the authority pursuant to title 5, chapter 8. 2. The retail, amusement and restaurant classifications at, or with respect to, professional football contests that are held beginning July 2001 in a stadium located on the campus of an institution under the jurisdiction of the Arizona board of regents. C. Each month the state treasurer shall pay, from the amount designated as distribution base pursuant to section 42-5029, subsection D, the total amount of state transaction privilege tax revenues received from persons conducting business under the prime contracting classification at a multipurpose facility that is owned or operated by the tourism and sports authority pursuant to title 5, chapter 8 for deposit in the authority's construction account established by section 5-833.
