A.R.S. § 42-1116.1 — Department of revenue administrative fund

01 . Department of revenue administrative fund A. The department of revenue administrative fund is established consisting of monies from unclaimed property deposited in the fund pursuant to section 44-313. B. The director shall administer the fund. C. Subject to legislative appropriation, the director shall use monies in the fund solely for the administrative costs of the department.
